Since November 1, scheduled reports for clients set to an Alberta or British Columbia time zone (for example Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver) have been arriving about one hour late, after both provinces moved to permanent time. Scheduled site audits in those time zones are also running about an hour late, and "Last sent" times in the app may show an hour off.
Customers don't need to change their time zone or send times. No reports are being skipped. Every scheduled report is still sending, just with an hour delay.
We've identified the cause and are applying a fix today at 5:30 p.m. ET. We'll update this incident once it's in place.
